Terms and Conditions:
1.
The free parking privilege scheme would take effect from 1 October 2006 until further notice.
2.
The privilege is only applicable to private cars parking at 4/F or above.
3.
For free parking redemption at Panda Place Management Office, only the original on-day machine-printed sales invoices or receipts issued by the tenants of Panda Place together with a valid parking ticket will be honoured. Hand-written sales invoices or receipts will not be acceptable.
4.
Credit Card or EPS payment slips will be acceptable as proof of purchase only if they are presented with original official sales invoices or receipts of the same transaction.
5.
The name of tenants, address and/or identification of the Panda Place outlet, invoice number, sales amount and the transaction date must be clearly printed on the sales invoice or receipt.
6.
Only sales invoices or receipts issued by Panda Place tenants and restaurants owned by Panda Hotel including: Panda Cafe, Yin Yue, Sports Bar and Balcony can be used to redeem free parking hours.
7.
The sales invoices or receipts issued by short-term sales booths or exhibition counters receipts of value adding of Octopus Card, or payment of telephone or pager bill cannot be used to redeem free parking hours.
8.
A maximum of two free parking hours will be deducted from each valid parking ticket.
9.
The free parking privilege can only be used on its issuance date.
10.
Cash will not be given in lieu of free parking privilege to the participants.
11.
The above regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
12.
Panda Place reserves the right of final decision for any dispute and of cancellation for redemption.
